About This Product

This is a wood biomass boiler that continuously converts pellets and chips used as fuel into unburned gas and completely burns them, reducing CO and NOx emissions. The use of woody biomass fuel, which is defined as carbon neutral, reduces CO2 emissions. In 2023, the coloring of the main body has been updated.

■Features

・It is possible to achieve complete combustion and thermal efficiency of over 90% by turning the fuel into unburned gas and swirling it in the combustion chamber with secondary air. - By adopting a two-stage combustion system, the combustion chamber has been made smaller, and by using gasification combustion, there is no need for a dust collector, making the device as compact as possible. - An electric heater is used for ignition, so impurities contained in fossil fuel for ignition do not mix with the ash. ・As a result of gasification and combustion, the amount of ash is only about 1%, and the combustion ash contains minerals. -Clinker generation is suppressed by controlling combustion temperature. - Cleaning with soot blow and automatic ash removal mechanism are automatic and require no effort. ・No boiler qualification required.

■PYROT swirling flow combustion

Gasification takes place continuously on a movable grate with minimal primary air. The combustion gases rise into the swirling combustion chamber, are subjected to a rotational impact force by a rotary blower, and are mixed with diffused secondary air. This resulted in complete mixing of combustion gas and secondary air, bringing about a technological innovation that brought wood biomass fuel combustion technology to the same level as gas combustion.

■High efficiency, thermal efficiency of 90% or more

Gasification swirl flow By equalizing combustion gas temperature and completing combustion, CO and NOx emissions are kept low and reduced. Unlike fossil fuels, wood biomass fuels are renewable and do not add carbon dioxide to the atmosphere. A combination of constant monitoring with an exhaust gas O2 sensor, an inverter-controlled induced draft fan, and an air control valve provides the optimal amount of combustion air, making it possible to achieve a thermal efficiency of 90% or more, comparable to gas fuel.
