About This Product

The UltraGas series, which already has a long track record of delivery, will be renewed and sold as the UltraGas2 series in April 2024, and at the same time, the UG2-HM series has been added to the hydrogen co-firing series. By recovering latent heat and using hydrogen, we will further contribute to global warming countermeasures.

■Achieve energy savings with ultra-high efficiency

By recovering and using latent heat (heat of condensation of H2O contained in combustion gas), thermal efficiency of 105% (for city gas 13A) is achieved (103% for LPG specifications) based on lower calorific values.

■Latent heat recovery method for water heater body

In the conventional method of recovering latent heat by attaching a latent heat recovery device externally to the water heater, the stainless steel latent heat recovery device corrodes due to the acidity of the condensed water and requires periodic replacement.However, UltraGas2 recovers latent heat through the water heater itself, and the condensed water is collected in a resin tray at the bottom of the water heater, so there is no need to worry about corrosion, and maintenance costs after the water heater is installed are significantly reduced.

■Suitable for a wide range of capacities

We have a total of 8 models with barrel outputs from 149kW to 1,542kW (hydrogen mixed combustion), and we have a rich lineup to meet the various needs of our customers. We support small to large facilities such as hospitals, welfare facilities, hotels/inns, hot spring facilities, fitness facilities, commercial buildings, and greenhouse gardening.

■20-100% proportional combustion method

Proportional combustion control improves load followability, and by reducing low combustion to 20%, it reduces the number of times the water heater starts and stops, significantly reduces heat radiation loss due to post-purge and pre-purge, and further increases system efficiency (actual operating efficiency).

■About fuel supply

UG2-HM is designed to supply city gas 13A: 80% (by volume) and hydrogen: 20% (by volume) to this device as "pre-mixed fuel gas.
