About This Product

A natural circulation water tube boiler with a maximum operating pressure of 9.81MPa (100kg/cm2) that has a simple structure and is easy to handle. Since pure water is sealed inside the generator in a closed cycle system, there is no need for water treatment.

It was developed and used as a high-pressure steam heating system with natural circulation for the deodorizing process of edible oil. The high-pressure steam system is a completely closed system, and the steam drain heats the heated material through natural circulation and returns to the steam generator.

■POINT- No circulation pump required: Because it is a natural circulation high pressure steam generator, there is no need for a circulation pump.
・No water treatment required: Pure water is sealed inside the generator using a closed cycle system, so there is no need for water treatment.
・Large steam separator: A slightly larger steam separator is used to internally separate steam and water and reduce the expansion of boiler water, making it easy to handle.
- Simple structure: In order to meet the goal of high-pressure natural circulation, the structure is extremely simple and durable.
・Low heat loss: Since the drain recovers naturally in a closed cycle, there is almost no loss of retained heat.
・Low maintenance: There is no extra equipment and the combustion chamber has water-cooled walls, so maintenance is extremely low.
・Can be used in common: One HPG can be used in common with two sets of deodorizing equipment under the same conditions.
・Pollution countermeasures: Combination with low NOx burner is also possible.
