About This Product

A low NOx boiler that uses a straight combustion method. Triple safety device completely prevents empty cans from burning. We have many achievements in district heating and cooling (DHC), etc.

- Adopts a rational wet back system: The entire circumference of the combustion chamber is completely water-cooled. As a result, the conventional smoke chamber is eliminated, and heat radiation from the boiler is reduced, resulting in energy savings. ・Reduced maintenance costs: The rear smoke chamber of the fireproof structure is entirely water-cooled, eliminating the hassle of repairing or replacing fireproof materials. ・Energy-saving types with even higher boiler efficiency: ADWF type with economizer and ADWE type with air heater have an efficiency of over 92%, and even the ADW type has an efficiency of 88%. - Adoption of advanced return combustion technology: By taking advantage of the features of the return combustion technology adopted in our MP800 series of furnace and smoke tube boilers, we have achieved further improvements in performance. ・High-level NOx countermeasures: The use of a large furnace tube and a combustion chamber that pursues a rational flow of combustion gas reduces NOx emissions. If further NOx reduction is required, this can be easily achieved by adopting low NOx measures. ・High safety: We use reliable products for control and take every precaution. For example, it is fully equipped with triple safety devices to prevent low water level accidents, so you can use it with confidence. -Easy to handle: Easy-to-handle boiler structure and combustion mechanism make maintenance even easier. ・Excellent load capacity: Taking advantage of the features of a furnace and smoke tube boiler, the water capacity is extremely large. In addition, because steam generation is fast and pressure fluctuations and water level fluctuations are small, load fluctuation resistance is also strong.
