About This Product

A high-efficiency furnace smoke tube boiler that achieves energy savings with a boiler efficiency of 96%. Burner with self-exhaust gas recirculation function achieves NOx of 40ppm (O2=0% conversion). The O2 trimming function performs optimal combustion control and reduces exhaust gas emissions, contributing to the prevention of global warming.

■O2 trimming

This device is designed to bring the burner's air-fuel ratio closer to the optimum value, and normally the boiler's air-fuel ratio control was adjusted by a mechanical mechanism. In this case, the O2 concentration in the exhaust gas had to be set slightly higher than the optimal value because deviations could occur due to changes in temperature, errors in the mechanism itself, aging, etc. However, the O2 trimming method installed in the MP9600 series controls the amount of fuel and air while constantly measuring the O2 concentration in the exhaust gas, which is an indicator of the air-fuel ratio, making it possible to bring the air-fuel ratio closer to the optimum value and lowering the O2 concentration in the exhaust gas, contributing to improving boiler efficiency and reducing the amount of exhaust gas itself.
