About This Product

In the spring of 2021, a latent heat recovery type fire tube boiler will be introduced. This is a latent heat recovery type furnace and smoke tube boiler that achieves excellent steam dryness, long life, and high energy savings. It stably delivers high-quality steam even under load fluctuations, and features high turndown ratios, energy savings through latent heat recovery, and low NOx, all of which reduce running costs and are environmentally friendly. High steam pressure specifications are also available.

■What is latent heat recovery?

Latent heat is the heat released during the combustion process when the water vapor (H2O) in the combustion gas produced by the reaction between the hydrogen and oxygen contained in the fuel condenses. Latent heat recovery is the process by which combustion gas is heat exchanged within the boiler and the latent heat released when the temperature of combustion gas drops to the condensation point of H2O is recovered, achieving efficiency of over 100% based on lower calorific values.
