About This Product

The JAFI once-through boiler (gas-fired), which achieves both space saving and low NOx by devising the arrangement of water tubes, has a simple can body and burner structure, so you don't have to worry about trouble. A rational gas flow path configuration with large water pipe gaps reduces gas flow loss and reduces fan power.

Catstar uses JAFI combustion. This eliminates the need for a conventional combustion chamber and allows for a compact installation space. In particular, the boiler width has been slimmed down, making it ideal for installing multiple boilers.

■Low NOx

Previously, the only way to achieve low NOx was to install a low NOx burner with a complex structure. With JAFI combustion, Catstar is able to fully satisfy NOx emission standards even with a general burner with a simple structure. It achieves an amazing 25ppm (O2=0% conversion, 13A actual value) or less during high load combustion with gas firing (13A) without any special equipment.

■Simple structure

Catstar has a simple structure. The JAFI once-through boiler achieves both space savings and low NOx by simply arranging the water tubes, and has a simple burner structure as well as a can body structure. Therefore, there is no need to worry about problems that often occur with complex structures.

■Safe and long-life design

Compared to combustion in a normal combustion chamber like in a conventional boiler, Catstar's individual water tubes are surrounded by flame and receive a uniform heat load, so there is no chance of local overheating or burnout of the water tubes. This makes it possible to simultaneously ensure greater safety and durability than ever before.

■High efficiency

Catstar is highly efficient. The economizer, which uses high-performance heat transfer tubes with fins, recovers the heat lost in the exhaust gas and achieves a high boiler efficiency of over 96%.

■Power saving/energy saving

Catstar uses JAFI combustion to create a rational gas flow path configuration with larger water pipe gaps, which reduces gas flow path loss and reduces fan power. In addition, the burner has a wide turndown, reducing the number of times the burner is turned on and off, contributing to energy savings.

■High-quality steam with a dryness of over 99%

Catstar's unique can structure allows you to obtain high-quality steam with a dryness of over 99%.
