About This Product

The boiler body and economizer are equipped with high-performance heat exchanger tubes with fins. Reasonable layout considering maintainability. We have achieved a price and functionality that makes you smile. It also supports fuel switching exclusive combustion and high steam pressure specifications.

■Environmentally friendly

・High efficiency: The boiler body uses a high-performance heat exchanger tube with fins and an economizer to achieve a high boiler efficiency of 96 to 98% for gas-fired (city gas 13A) (95-96% for dedicated fuel switching). 95% of them are oil-fired. ・Low NOx: 40ppm achieved when gas fired.

■Stable performance

・Reliable and long-life design: Adopts a round can body that takes into consideration performance stability such as response to load fluctuations. The heat load on each water pipe to the can body is equalized, resulting in a long-life design. ・High-quality steam with a dryness of over 99%: The unique can structure allows you to obtain high-quality steam with a dryness of over 99%. ・Power saving/Energy saving: The rational arrangement of water pipes reduces gas flow path resistance and reduces fan power. ・Quietness: Quiet and good sound quality with operating noise of less than 80dB. (1m in front of boiler)

■Simple structure that is easy to handle

Equipped with a microcontroller that is easy to see and understand and has excellent operability. Ease of maintenance has also been taken into account, with generous piping routing, a wide-opening casing door, and ample maintenance space.

■Fuel switching specification

This model allows you to easily switch between city gas and oil fuel. Even if the fuel supply is interrupted due to an earthquake, etc., you can use the other fuel, making it useful for BCP.

■High steam pressure specification (maximum working pressure 1.56MPa)

This model supports high vapor pressure. It can also be used by customers who require high steam pressure and steam temperature.
