By adopting FPSCC technology and proportional control combustion method, we have achieved a boiler efficiency of 102% and a turndown ratio of 1:10, achieving the industry's top boiler efficiency. Furthermore, low NOx levels have been achieved, breaking the conventional wisdom.

■Highest boiler efficiency of 102% in a once-through boiler

By using a fully premixed surface stable combustion burner (FPSC burner) that can follow any operating load and latent heat recovery technology, we have achieved boiler efficiency of 101 to 102% (lower calorific value standard) over the entire operating load range.

■Highest turndown ratio in a once-through boiler: 1:10

We have adopted a proportional control combustion method that allows the burner output to be changed continuously from 100% to 10%. Conventionally, burners have been operated by switching the combustion amount in stages between 100% and 40%, or by stopping combustion, but with the proportional control combustion method, there is no need to stop the burner until the load reaches 10% of the rated value, so it is possible to minimize the decrease in operating efficiency caused by repeated starting and stopping (in the case of city gas 13A). For LPG, the turndown ratio is 1:6.

■Steam dryness 99% or more

It can stably supply high-quality steam free of impurities under all operating loads.

■Low NOx

In recent years, the combustion load has increased due to the downsizing of boilers, making it difficult to achieve uniform combustion within the combustion chamber, making it difficult to reduce the amount of NOx, mainly thermal NOx. The adoption of a fully premixed surface-stable combustion burner enables uniform temperature combustion within the combustion chamber, eliminates local flame temperature rises, and enables stable, low-NOx combustion throughout the entire area. The NOx value has achieved 25ppm.

■Low noise

Achieved below 80dB using fully premixed surface stable combustion technology.
