About This Product

■Summary

CRF6 uses purified water, etc., and generates water vapor droplets of 5-8 um with 35 ultrasonic transducers to visualize airflow. It is easy to prepare because it does not use liquid nitrogen, and fog is generated immediately when the switch is turned on. It is also possible to adjust the amount of fog or stop it while fog is occurring.

■Operation principle

CRF6 uses deionized water, WFI (injectable solution), etc., and atomizes the water with 35 ultrasonic elements, generating fog of approximately 1.25 m^3/min. Settings such as the rotation speed of the blower fan and the number of ultrasonic transducer operations can be changed even during operation, and various settings can be confirmed on the LCD display.

■Main features

・Uses 35 ultrasonic transducers to generate high-density fog approaching that of liquid nitrogen. ・Cost is approximately 30% lower than liquid nitrogen type. ・The fog density generated can be adjusted by changing the number of ultrasonic transducers operating in 4 stages: 5, 15, 25, and 35. ・The amount of fog sent can be adjusted by changing the rotation speed of the built-in fog blowing fan from 1-100%. - Equipped with a water level sensor to manage the water level of purified water and prevent dry running of the ultrasonic transducer. - Equipped with a temperature sensor to manage the temperature of purified water and automatically stop the vibrator to protect it when it overheats. ・We also support airflow visualization tests in clean rooms according to ISO14644-3 Annex B7 guidelines, US Federal Standards 209E, and ISO 1446 guidelines, and CRF6 also supports ISO 14644-3, Annex B12 airflow recovery tests using polystyrene latex particles.
