About This Product

■Summary

DIALYZER is a simple, single-sided dialysis unit. Sample volumes range from 10μl to 5ml, and pre-cut dialysis membranes are available with molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) ranges from 100 to 300,000 Daltons.

■Application

・Purification of biomolecules ・Sample concentration ・Buffer exchange ・HPLC, HPCE ・Desurfactant ・Cleanup after PCR

■Cellulose acetate

These membranes exhibit low protein adsorption and sharp molecular weight cutoffs. Membranes are supplied pre-cut and soaked in 0.05% sodium azide solution. Ready to use, simply rinse with deionized water or buffer before use. Contains no glycerol, sulfur or heavy metals. Cellulose acetate membranes are compatible only with aqueous solutions and not with liquids where organic solvents are present.

■Regenerated cellulose

These membranes are more stable in organic solvents than cellulose acetate membranes, but have less sharp molecular weight cutoffs. Membranes are supplied pre-cut and soaked in 0.05% sodium azide solution. Ready to use, simply rinse with deionized water or buffer before use. Contains no glycerol, sulfur or heavy metals. Cellulose acetate membranes are compatible only with aqueous solutions and not with liquids where organic solvents are present.

■Polycarbonate

These membranes exhibit high stability towards organic solvents.
