■Product overview

It is an easy-to-use system that pursues ease of use and robustness. Dispense 50 μl of sample into the wells of a 96-well microplate and run it through the device for 30 minutes to determine the result of product contamination by microorganisms.

■Features

-This device operates with extremely low noise photomultiplier tubes. Single photon counting technology and patented crosstalk reduction design ensure maximum sensitivity. -Uses three variable volume bellows injectors for accurate and reliable automatic injection of reagents. - Equipped with comprehensive shaking functions to maximize sample and reagent mixing. - Reagents can be used on the instrument for up to 5 days when stored in a reagent cooling unit. ■Measurement principle: ATP bioluminescence

Bioluminescence causes ATP in microorganisms to emit light through an enzymatic reaction. ATP is a universal substance that has the same structure and function in all living organisms and is used to store energy within cells. Therefore, it is necessary to extract only ATP derived from microorganisms.

■How to check the judgment results

The Innovate System measures in Relative Light Units (RLU). This does not directly correlate to the CFU of a microorganism based on the ATP level produced, as microorganisms produce different ATP levels depending on their growth stage. Results are displayed in green (negative) or red (positive). Results depend on sample-specific cutoff values ​​set in the baseline test. If it is below the cutoff value, it will be displayed as negative.
