About This Product

■Summary

CeltaBlue uses a built-in optical sensor to detect the growth of growing microorganisms in real time. It is possible to monitor up to 400 samples and can be used for testing in a wide range of industries, including food, dairy, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and supplements. By implementing CeltaBlue, it is possible to release products quickly and safely, realizing the company's goals of increasing profits and improving product quality.

■ Rapid detection of the presence of microorganisms

All samples are monitored in real time to quickly detect microorganisms. Early detection of presumptive positive samples increases profits and improves product quality.

■Simple steps

Just add the sample to the reagent vial. In most cases, samples can be inoculated without dilution.

■Measurement principle

A highly sensitive optical sensor built into the bottom of the vial directly detects changes in carbon dioxide, an indicator of microbial growth. The vial is pre-filled with culture medium, and CeltaBlue allows for real-time monitoring while incubating at the appropriate temperature.

■Quantitative test

imageIt is possible to perform a quantitative test by creating a calibration curve specific to each product using the detection time of Celta Blue and the number of bacteria contained in the product sample.

■Calibration/Maintenance
