■SummaryEddyJet 2W is a spiral plater that uses a disposable microsyringe to automatically perform a series of operations with the touch of a button, from sample aspiration to spiral smearing onto an agar plate. The spiral plating method was developed to reduce the number of petri dishes used and the number of sample dilution stages used in microbial testing.

■Measure the number of bacteria from 300 to 4×10^6cfu/g in one petri dishimageIt is ideal for tests that require many stepwise dilutions of the sample solution, such as general viable bacteria count tests.Using the spiral plating method, which involves applying a concentration scent and smearing, it is possible to measure the number of bacteria up to 30 to 4 x 10^5 cfu/mℓ in one petri dish. Normally, the sample dilution solution is diluted 10 times, so if you use that sample solution, you can count bacteria up to 300 to 4 x 10^6 cfu/g on one agar plate.
