■SummaryCreating liposomes with uniform particle size is an important factor in life science and chemical engineering applications. This liposome conditioner allows you to create uniform liposomes with the desired size by selecting an appropriate polycarbonate membrane with several different pore sizes and allowing the lipid solution to pass through it.

The membrane is clamped between resin in a metal housing, and the lipid solution in the syringe is pumped into the empty syringe on the other side. By repeating this operation multiple times, liposomes of uniform size can be prepared.
