About This Product

■Summary

Although incubators used for cell culture attempt to mimic physiological conditions, the gas composition within the laboratory and the environmental parameters that the incubator attempts to control vary widely. And each time the door is opened, it takes time for the environment inside the chamber to recover, so ideal culture conditions are lost. This affects the consistency of the study. Baker's ReCO2ver is designed to minimize environmental fluctuations within the incubator chamber. Efforts were made to quickly restore the environment after opening and closing the door, and by reviewing the airflow design, they were also able to suppress variations in proliferation caused by the edge effect. In addition to conventional UV, we also have models that can decontaminate the inside of the warehouse using hydrogen peroxide.

■Main advantages

- Equipped with a full-face HEPA filter, which allows air to flow vertically and in one direction from top to bottom. It supplies clean air of ISO class 4 (class 10) or higher into the chamber, providing unparalleled protection of the culture environment. - Realized true dynamic humidity control using the unique InteliCELL™ P.I.D. control algorithm. Users are free to precisely set the three variables essential for cell growth: temperature, CO2, and relative humidity. ・Achieves excellent stability, uniformity, and recovery time. Even when filled with cultured cells, cell cultures grow consistently in each container, ensuring reliable, high-quality cells on every plate. - Excellent condensation control prevents wet spots. Eliminates the risk of contaminants growing and spreading even at humidity levels of 90% or higher. - Equipped with a heated frame and fog-free internal door. All shelves have a clear view, reducing the need to open doors. - Ultrasonic humidity supply system eliminates the need for humidification/dehumidification dishes. - Intuitive color touch screen operation gives you complete control over the incubator's functions. - In addition to UV light, contamination using hydrogen peroxide kills resistant bacteria that cause contamination in about 4 hours. (Optional or included in ReCO2ver™ Plus).
