About This Product

■MicroFD

MicroFD enables real-time continuous process measurement and control. We provide cycle optimization tools to minimize freeze drying times and develop critical process parameters for cycle transfer. Additionally, the development of optimized process parameters allows scale-up and scale-down analysis of new lyophilization protocols and troubleshooting of existing protocols.

■Features

・Eliminates traditional trial and error protocol development ・Reducing the amount of active ingredients used in process development ・Lyophilization process can be performed, analyzed and optimized using a minimum of 7 vials ・Evaluate important process parameters such as vial heat transfer coefficient (Kv), sublimation rate (dm/dt), and cake resistance (Rp)

■LyoPAT

Advanced control features allow monitoring and control of all aspects of the freezing and drying process.

■LyoSIM

Control the temperature around the vial to assess edge effects in the process.

■AccuFlux

It is the only system that allows heat flow monitoring and control including direct measurement of Kv and mass flow throughout the freeze drying and primary drying process.

■AutoDry

Heat can be applied to the product without exceeding the product's collapse temperature, providing optimization and automation of primary drying.

■FreezeBooster

The ice crystal nucleation method using ice mist introduction makes it possible to control pre-freezing. By controlling pre-freezing, it can be expected to shorten the freeze-drying process, improve batch stability, and improve the functionality of the formulation, such as shortening the re-dissolution time.

■Reporter

A report is automatically created after the freeze-drying process is completed.
