About This Product

■Wastewater treatment plant controller - N2O concentration and emission rateThe wastewater treatment plant controller is operated via a TFT touch screen and can receive input from up to two wastewater treatment plant N2O sensors. The controller displays temperature-compensated N2O signal levels from both sensors, emission rate and process temperature. The controller comes with an optional USB data logger, allowing data to be collected without being connected to a PLC/SCADA system.

Emission rates are calculated in the controller using standard fixed model parameters. To obtain more accurate emission values, dynamic input parameters can be used in the add-on emission module. Sensor calibration is recommended on a bi-monthly basis and is performed on-site via the controller's menu system and according to the calibration manual provided with the N2O Calibration Kit for Wastewater Treatment Plants.

The controller comes standard with a mounting plate, and optional pipe mounting kits and rain protection can be ordered.
