About This Product

■Continuous high pressure homogenizer

This device uses a plunger pump to continuously crush microorganisms and emulsify and disperse drugs. When the sample passes through the valve, the rapid depressurization from high pressure to atmospheric pressure, shear force, and collisions cause a crushing effect. Uses ultra-high density PE seal. (O-rings and gaskets are not used in wetted parts.) In order to stabilize the processing pressure, we use a "dynamic homogenizing valve" that regulates the pressure using air pressure. By using a heat exchanger and chiller, it is possible to cool the sample after processing. CIP and SIP are possible.

■Features

The main body is compact because it is air driven. Depending on the capacity of the connected air compressor, it can process up to 2 liters of sample solution per hour and at pressures up to 30,000 psi (206 MPa). *There is also equipment with 45,000psi (310MPa) specifications.
