About This Product

■Continuous high pressure homogenizer

This device uses a plunger pump to continuously crush microorganisms and emulsify and disperse drugs. When the sample passes through the valve, the rapid depressurization from high pressure to atmospheric pressure, shear force, and collisions cause a crushing effect. Uses ultra-high density PE seal. (O-rings and gaskets are not used in wetted parts.) In order to stabilize the processing pressure, we use a "dynamic homogenizing valve" that regulates the pressure using air pressure. By using a heat exchanger and chiller, it is possible to cool the sample after processing. CIP and SIP are possible.

■Features

The electromechanical system processes 3 liters of sample solution per hour. Use compressed air (or nitrogen gas cylinder) to adjust the homogenization pressure. Maximum processing pressure is 30,000psi (206MPa).
