About This Product

■SummaryPT3100D/PT6100D tabletop homogenizer is a higher model of standard type PT3100/PT6100. The PT3100D and PT6100D are equipped with a new control system, keypad and LCD display. It can be controlled from a PC via RS232 using the included control software (beta version). Effective homogenization is possible by controlling the rotation speed and processing time. *PT6100D is a higher-end model of PT3100D and can process a larger amount of samples, and an electric stand type is also available.

・Maximum rotation speed (at no load): 30,000rpm (PT3100D) ・26.500rpm (PT6100D)
・Low noise: 75dB or less (PT3100D) ・82dB or less (PT6100D)
・Closed loop digital speed controller

■Operation mode・Manual mode (standard operation)
・Timer mode (runs at set speed and time)
・Auto mode (via PC software)

■Quick couplingThe drive unit and generator shaft can be attached and detached easily and reliably with one touch. All PT3100/PT6100 generator shafts (DA type) can be installed. By installing an optional adapter, a generator shaft for Model K (PTA type) can also be connected.

■Supports processing of various samplesBy selecting the generator shaft according to the sample, it can be used for various applications such as muscle, bone, fibrous, mineral, tablet, and high-speed stirring.
