Features

■Strong tightening force

Compared to commercially available flexible screws, it has approximately 8 times the power to pull parts together. Due to its strong tightening force, it is ideal for preventing floor noise.

■Strong to break and fly off

Comfit's design has been optimized and a special coating (*1) has been applied to make it less likely to break or fly off when installed on hardwood or when it hits a knot in the wood. This will also save you unnecessary work such as sampling and reshaping. (*1) TORK is a fluorine-based coating. Reduces the friction that the screw receives from the wood by more than 30% when tightening.

■Floor magnification calculation possible

As a result of its properties of being resistant to breakage and head flying, it can be used to calculate floor magnification under the Quality Assurance Act. By changing the fastening interval, it is also possible to secure the floor magnification that meets your needs. We also support long-term quality housing and performance display properties. It can also be used as a magnification for roof structures by using climbing beams to connect roof boards and climbing beams with Comfit (CW-41RF) for roof frame structures.

■Considering rust issues for houses with longer lifespans

Adopts the latest chrome-free surface treatment "Proize", which is ideal for wooden houses. The three-layer coating protects the screws from wood acid, chemicals, and scratches during construction, and prevents rust. In addition, in consideration of the environment, it is completely chromium-free and is a metal rust prevention surface treatment that does not contain environmentally hazardous substances.

■Can also be used with 2x4 construction method

Although it is a screw that has been mainly used for conventional construction methods, Comfit satisfies the strength required by the "Frame Wall Construction Method Building Structural Calculation Guidelines," which is a guideline for the 2 x 4 construction method. Therefore, this screw can be used with confidence in the 2×4 construction method.
