About This Product

■Product introduction

・We use a coating type. The reason is that it is stable and effective immediately after application. Two types can be selected: single-sided processing and double-sided processing. ・Possible to produce from small lots. Anti-fog treatment is also available. (You can see the inside without clouding even if there are water droplets etc.) ・Used for use in cup coffee top lids, etc.

■Material

A total of two types are available: special PS transparent grade and Hi-PS natural grade.

■Special PS transparent grade

Uses rubber-reinforced special styrene resin

■Features

- Heat resistance temperature is 20℃ higher than PVC and A-PET. (Heat-resistant temperature 90℃) ・30% lighter than PVC and A-PET. - Good balance with impact resistance. - Wide range of molding conditions and good mold releasability. *Even if the material is burnt, no dioxygen will be generated.
