About This Product

■ Passes sterilizing agents but does not allow bacteria to pass through.

There are only two requirements for sterile containers. One is that all surfaces, including the inside of the equipment, are exposed to sterilizing agents and sterilized. Another is that the sterility of the instruments is maintained until just before they are used. Because it concerns the safety of regenerative medical devices, in Europe and the United States they are treated as medical devices that require FDA certification and CE marking. The filter, which acts as a sterility barrier, must also be new and not reused. Characteristics of sterile containers

■Made of aircraft grade reinforced aluminum

Made of reinforced, heat-treated aluminum, it also has an oxide coating to prevent corrosion.

■Platinum silicone gasket

Even after more than 10 years, it maintains its elasticity and does not crack, so there is no need to worry about replacing gaskets.

■ Can be sterilized and stored in stacks

You can stack up to three tiers for sterilization and storage if necessary, increasing the amount of sterilization and making effective use of space.

■Offset filter plate

It is safer because even if a sharp instrument hits the filter, it will not penetrate the filter and destroy sterility.

■Rivetless structure

It is smooth because the rivets are not exposed. Bioburden does not accumulate easily, and it is easy to wipe and clean.

■Supports hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization

Can be used with Stellad and V Pro. Sterilization has been verified using stainless steel tubes and FDA certification has been obtained.

■Double lock mechanism

The clasp is a two-stage secure method. Although it is simple, it has a structure that prevents it from being opened easily by mistake.

■Excellent drying performance
