About This Product

Composite vacuum gauge "CC-10 (crystal/cold cathode combination gauge)"

■Measurement range: 1.0×10-7 [Pa] ~1.0×105 [Pa]

CC-10 is a combination gauge that incorporates the latest sensor technology and enables continuous measurement of a 12-digit pressure range (1.0×10-7 [Pa] to 1.0×105 [Pa]). A crystal gauge is used for measurements from atmospheric pressure to 1 [Pa], and a cold cathode gauge is used for measurements from 1 [Pa] to 10-7 [Pa]. By integrating the sensor, circuit, and display, you can display pressure and control the system using set points with just this product. In addition, CC-10 is equipped with digital communication RS485 as standard and complies with the European standard EN (CE).

■Features of the sensor

The crystal gauge section, which operates from atmospheric pressure to low vacuum, performs vacuum measurements by reading changes in impedance caused by friction between the crystal oscillator and gas molecules. It has excellent accuracy and repeatability, allowing highly reliable measurements. On the other hand, the cold cathode gauge section in the high vacuum area uses magnetron discharge to ionize residual gas and measure pressure. The sensor body is GND and is used as a cathode. Unlike hot cathode gauges, cold cathode gauges do not have a filament, making them durable and reliable.
