The high-resolution VGA-InGaAs near-infrared camera NVU3VD has high resolution and a wide dynamic range, as well as a light intensity calibration service, making it a highly reliable near-infrared camera that has earned a high reputation in fields that require quantitative inspection and measurement, such as industrial equipment manufacturing, component material manufacturing, medical institutions, and various research institutions.

■Features of high-resolution VGA-InGaAs near-infrared camera NVU3VD・High sensitivity due to Peltier cooling ~5℃ (NEP: 5x10-16W/pixel/√Hz,1.6x109photons/Sec/cm2/√Hz)
・Wide dynamic range due to logarithmic characteristics (covers 9 digits from 10fW to 1μW/pixel depending on settings)
・High pixel separation due to internal potential barrier structure (patented)
・High reliability due to gold bump bonding
・Labview and C++ based readout software included. Light intensity calibration and lens correction are possible. USB3vision compatible allows multiple cameras to be connected
・Equipped with multicolor LED lighting, dark field infrared microscope, chromatic aberration infrared imaging lens, etc., and can be customized to suit various targets.

■Dark field infrared microscopeBy combining this with LED dark-field illumination, it is now possible to take clear transmission images of silicon while suppressing surface light reflection. [Verification example] Infrared image taken from the back side of a Si chip. The back side of the Si chip electrode can be seen through the silicon.

■Multi-spectrum imaging technologyThe multispectral imaging system of the InGaAs near-infrared camera NVU3VD captures images under illumination conditions with different wavelengths and can identify object components with high precision.

[Verification example] Visually, it can only be recognized as a transparent liquid, but when photographed with the InGaAs near-infrared camera NVU3VD, it is possible to capture the difference in wavelength between water and oil components and express it in black and white shading.

When we verified the read values ​​of the chip and pixels at 5℃ and room temperature (25℃), we found that the sensitivity was improved by about 8 times at 100fW/pixel.
