・High repetition rate (~1.0MHz) Improved throughput due to average output ≧50W. ・High peak energy of 50uJ/pulse at ≦500fs induces nonlinear effects. ・Adjustments can be made for each process using pulse-on-demand. ・Applicable materials: High hardness and brittle materials (sapphire, glass, ceramics, silicon), metal oxides (iron oxide (Fe2O3), sodium oxide (Na2O)), semiconductor materials ・Processing examples: Creating diffraction gratings, cutting and repairing OLEDs, peeling polyimide films, cutting polarizing plates
