About This Product

■Aka-Silk

Self-adhesive,PSA-backed polishing cloth for metallographic polishing.For polishing and final polishing,including oxide polishing of harder materials and coatings.Silk is a woven,natural silk cloth for polishing with 6– 3µm diamonds and for final polishing with 1–0.25µm diamonds and oxide polishing suspensions.This cloth can also be used for fine grinding of ferrous metals. Silk provides maximum planeness and best edge retention.Use medium forces;15–25N on a 30mm sample.
