About This Product

■Aka-Piatto 1200

Used for fine grinding of samples with a hardness of 150HV–2,000HV.Aka-Piatto 1,200/15µm is used for fine grinding and removes the deformation created by an Aka-Piatto plane grinding step. Please note that Aka-Piatto+ is recommended for fine grinding of brittle samples like ceramics,cermets or sintered carbides.After fine grinding the samples with an Aka-Piatto 1,200/15µm,they are prepared for a polishing step with 3µm diamonds.
