About This Product

■Aka-Piatto 120

Great for plane grinding of samples with a hardness of 150HV–1,000HV.Aka-Piatto 120/125µm is the optimal choice for plane grinding of samples in sample holders,where you need high material removal.If you are preparing brittle samples like ceramics,cermets and sintered carbides,Aka-Piatto+is recommended for plane grinding. Aka-Piatto and Aka-Piatto+ diamond grinding discs are ready to use.They have to be dressed with a dressing stick once in a while depending on the material being prepared.This is done to ensure continuously high material removal.
