■Aka-Resin Phenolic-2,Black

Black phenolic resin for hot mounting.The most economic embedding choice.Ideal for back-filling when working with more expensive resins like Aka-Resin Epoxy.

■Curing specifications

Dia.,force,heating/cooling time: 25mm:10kN,4-5min/3-4min 30mm:20kN,4-6min/3-4min 40mm:30kN,5-7min/4-6min 50mm:50kN,6-9min/5-7min Cure at 160–180℃,250bar,high cooling rate.If the mount is not fully cured,increase time.The parameters above can vary a lot depending on the characteristics of the mounting press used.
