About This Product

■Structure

The SGR dual shaft (dual axis) linear guide is primarily constructed from a lightweight aluminum alloy. Each side of the guide has a linear shaft embedded, and rollers on the slider roll along this shaft. Both the shaft and the rollers have undergone heat treatment and grinding, ensuring smooth operation and excellent wear resistance. This slider block features a narrow body design, making it particularly well-suited for use in tight spaces.

■Guide Rail

The guide rail is made from high-quality aluminum alloy, featuring both an oxidized surface and a chrome-plated surface on the shaft

■Slider block

The slider block is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy with an oxidized surface. It utilizes three rollers that are double-groove precision ball bearings. The middle roller’s bolt is designed with an eccentric structure. Additionally, the cover plate is equipped with lubricating cotton, although this feature is optional.
