About This Product

There are various issues surrounding visual inspections, and in particular, missing defects due to variations in judgment by inspectors can lead to a decline in trust and an increase in costs due to product recall. Under these circumstances, interest in automatic visual inspection equipment using AI has increased in recent years, but the cost is high and many customers find it difficult to implement it.

■Inexpensive manual AI inspection device

Automatic visual inspection equipment, which is expensive, can handle everything from product supply to NG discharge fully automatically, but requires a special design during development, resulting in high installation costs. With the inexpensive JTG Mujinder, the introduction and removal of products is done by humans, and AI supports the "judgment". By packaging it, there is no need for a dedicated design and it can be introduced at a low cost.

■Can be installed without taking up much space

This is a compact inspection device that can be installed in places where space is limited. The legs of the conveyor are embedded within the inspection equipment to prevent inspectors from tripping or getting caught during operation, and to make it easier to clean the area around the equipment. It also has casters, making it easy to move.

■ Uniform quality judgment

In the field of visual inspection, there are issues such as variations in judgment among inspectors and oversights due to fatigue. In contrast, AI is tireless and reduces the variation in judgments. You can also save images of the test results and check them later.

■Highly versatile equipment

JTG Mujinder comes with a basic package that includes a 300mm wide conveyor and conveyor stop action when a defect is detected, but options can be changed according to customer requests. As an optional change, when a defect is detected, it is possible to eject the defect using a push-out type or a damper, and it is also compatible with changing the camera and lighting required for inspection, making it a highly versatile device.

■Automate time-consuming annotations

Equipped with a function that automates the task of teaching AI the location of defects. Currently patent pending.
