■Summary

ORB's TKE-1Mint is a time recorder that performs card authentication and log (entry and exit history) management with just one unit. Just touch the card to record the time of entering and exiting the park. It can be used simply by connecting the LAN and an outlet, and the data saved on the main unit can be transferred to a computer via LAN, edited and output using dedicated software. Up to 100,000 stamped data can be recorded in the main unit, and in the event of a power outage, the stamped data is retained and protected within the main unit. Since it does not require large-scale construction work, it can be introduced in a short time, and there are no system maintenance costs, so it can be operated quickly and at low cost.

■Ready-to-use management software

In addition to easily registering and deleting cards using the included special software, information on school hours and out-of-hours childcare (extended childcare) is automatically aggregated and determined from the child's attendance record. You can also create an attendance record for each child based on the collected information. It also supports CSV output of attendance records and registration information (compatible with Windows 7/8.1/10/11). The electronic clock can be synchronized with the time set on the PC from the management screen on the PC, so it is extremely accurate. Even the forgotten clock is displayed in different colors, making it easy to edit, and the password function prevents unauthorized changes.

■Compatible with FeliCa or MIFARE card

It supports contactless IC cards FeliCa/MIFARE, and can be operated in three patterns: 1) FeliCa only, 2 MIFARE only, and 3 FeliCa and MIFARE both. Even if you lose your card, you can simply invalidate the old card and reissue it, reducing operating costs.

■ Linking and managing the history of the pick-up person

When picking up and dropping off children at nursery schools, kindergartens, etc., it is not uncommon for the ``person sending the child'' and ``the person picking them up'' to be different people. TKE-1 Mint is a management software that allows you to link the card information of the pick-up person to the main registrant and manage the attendance information.

■Can be linked with door controller

TKE-1Mint can be linked with ORB door controllers FCR series and TCR series.
