About This Product

■Product technology & application

The Expander System is an award-winning solution with over 2 million units delivered since 1985. Adapts to any obstacle, lubricant, or application need. We will propose the optimal design according to the individual conditions of each customer's application.

■Product structure

- Install the expander system by replacing the existing pins. - When the bolt (or nut) is tightened, the expansion sleeve with the slit is pushed inward through the tension washer. - The sleeve expands along the taper of the shaft and fills the gap in the pin hole. ・By retightening, the expander system will be fixed from both sides.

■Completely eliminates wear on moving parts

Wear on moving parts is caused by play in the ground plane due to the gap between the pin hole and the conventional pin. The expander system's sleeve expands to fit the worn shape and the pin is secured.

■Distribute the load

To eliminate pin deformation and prevent local seizure, the load on the contact surface is widely distributed. By reducing the impact force on the bearing, it prevents wear on the entire ground contact surface.

■No need for hole drilling or overlay welding

The expander system can be installed directly into existing worn pin holes, eliminating the need for drilling or welding. In many cases, you can actually install it on-site and be back to work within hours.
