About This Product

In order to ensure smooth and safe bolt tightening using hydraulic bolt tensioners, Voltite offers a wide range of pump types to accommodate a variety of customer usage situations. Labor-saving is possible with the industry's only intelligent electric pump (smart pump) that can be operated wirelessly.

Hand pump, pneumatic pump, electric pump, pump with piston back function, stainless steel pump

■Compatible pressure

700Bar, 1,000Bar, 1,500Bar, 2,500Bar (higher pressures also available as special products)

■Pump that does not require a worker at the pump installation location.

The Intelligent Electric Pump "IEP" is an electric smart pump that not only significantly improves the accuracy of applied pressure, but also stores a record of the most recent tensioner work, which can be checked after work is completed.

■Product features

・It is no longer necessary to have one worker at the pump installation location, saving labor. ・Work data collection/pressure verification function ・Compatible with laptops and tablets equipped with Windows 10 (dedicated software included) ・Interconnection with the above terminals via wireless network (non-Internet connection) - Operate the pump without manual operation ・Eradicate human error with pressure accuracy verification function ・Emergency stop function: In an emergency, the pressure release valve opens and turns off the pump power.
