About This Product

■Summary

This is a system that dries raw materials by aerating dehumidified air with a stable low dew point. Dry with stable low dew point air

■Closed loop method that does not use outside air (world patent) *LS250 or higher

Normally, all drying systems perform regeneration, heating, and cooling to create dehumidified air, but the closed-loop method does not use outside air for cooling during the adsorbent regeneration process, so there is no re-adsorption of moisture, and the power of the adsorbent can be maximized. In addition, replacing the desiccant during maintenance is about half the cost compared to the honeycomb rotor type. ■Heat exchange technology (hopper with ETA)

Normal dehumidifying hot air drying heats the drying air in the drying hopper and cools it in the main unit, making it an energy-inefficient system, but Motan dryers exchange heat between heating and cooling, so they are highly energy efficient and save on electricity bills. A central system that significantly reduces equipment costs and improves productivity.

■Excellent drying ability

For one dryer, multiple drying hoppers can be combined to create a unit according to its capacity, allowing drying at different temperatures. In addition, when linked with Metrolink, dry dissimilar raw materials can be freely supplied to any molding machine. - Necessary raw materials can be used immediately. By distributing several types of raw materials to each drying hopper, drying and stocking them, and supplying only the necessary raw materials to each molding machine, it eliminates wasteful drying time between changing raw materials and drying. ・Temperature control for each raw material is possible. - Prevents heating and yellowing. As an option for the central system, the ``ATN system'' is available for fine-grained temperature control according to changes in the usage amount of each raw material. specification
