About This Product

■Summary

In the inflation molding process, ``take-up speed (thickness),'' ``extrusion amount,'' and ``film width'' can be automatically controlled with the touch of a button, allowing anyone to efficiently produce higher quality products in a shorter time. Features

■Accurate and quick take-up (thickness) control

・Since the set film thickness can be kept constant, stable products can be produced. ・After applying the take-up control, the take-up speed will instantly correspond to the set thickness. ・Since the set thickness is instantly achieved, it is possible to eliminate waste of raw materials when changing products.

■Accurate and functional extrusion control

・Because the extrusion rate is controlled constant, the thickness of the film is constant. - Calculate the take-off speed by inputting the molding data (total width, thickness, extrusion amount, specific gravity). - Controls the extrusion screw rotation speed to prevent a drop in the extrusion amount due to screen clogging. ・It is possible to manage raw material consumption by displaying the integrated value. ・Multi-layer (up to 5 layers) extrusion control is also possible. (Extrusion amount setting for each layer or total extrusion amount + ratio setting for each layer)
