About This Product

■Summary

MINICOLOR G is a device that colors plastic products. It is installed between the raw material supply port and hopper of an injection molding machine or extruder, and it colors by adding masterbatch pellets to the flow of the main raw material.

■MINICOLOR G

Compact mass-measuring dispensing and mixing device for one main component and granular masterbatches or additives suitable for injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines. The GRAVInet MC control panel allows you to operate up to two screw feeding modules. The device is based on the MINICOLOR concept with a gravity mixing funnel that ensures homogeneous material mixing and eliminates separation. The feeding module for masterbatches or additives is located on a robust load cell and operates using weight loss measurement technology.

■GRAVInet MC control panel

・The connection cable to MINICOLOR G is 5m long for remote control. It is not affected by heat. Install and operate in the optimal location. -Easy operation with color graphic display with touch screen and image-guided operator interface ・Potential alarm output and external signal input (external contacts) for supply cycles ・Up to 50 recipes can be stored ・Detailed reporting via Ethernet ・Automatic adjustment of master batch supply depending on the proportion of crushed material ・Device with two supply modules allows easy color switching ・Standard network interface (Ethernet) ・Control can be integrated with Motan's CONTROLnet control system, allowing centralized operation and monitoring from a common operation screen
