About This Product

■Summary

Mini Color is a device that colors plastic products.It is installed between the raw material supply port and hopper of an injection molding machine or extruder, and it colors by adding masterbatch pellets to the flow of the main raw material. Features

■Coloring by direct injection

Dispersion prevention, high precision supply, stable quality, space saving installation

■Easy workability

Easy raw material change, removable MB hopper, more efficient raw material change work

■Simple design

Small size (350 x 500 x 400), weight approximately 15 kg (*2 types mixed)

■Common specifications

・Screw No.1 model G1S, supply capacity 0.1~1.5kg/hr ・Screw No.2 model G2S, supply capacity 0.5-9.0kg/hr ・Screw No.3 model G3S, supply capacity 1.5-20kg/hr *Maximum supply capacity: 20kg/hr *Supply capacity varies depending on the raw material. ・MB hopper capacity: 12L ・Control panel (with measurement timer)
