About This Product

■Summary

This is a mass-measuring fixed-quantity feeder for pellets such as masterbatches. Ideal for applications that require stability in continuous supply, such as extruders. Features

■Accurate supply even at low flow rates

Adopting regression analysis method for flow rate calculation, accurate flow rate detection is possible even at low flow rates. (Sampling time fixed at 0.5 seconds)

■Easy raw material change

The weighing hopper and screw feeder are equipped with shutters to prevent materials from scattering.

■Interlocked with extruder

Supply amount can be set by voltage 0-10V (current 4-20mA) signal or communication (RS232C). It is also possible to operate in conjunction with an extruder.

■Wide range (F-250/251/252/254)

A combination of two types of screws can handle 0.5 to 30 kg/h. (Low speed specification 0.2~20kg/h)

■Compact (F252/253/254)

All the necessary functions of a loss in feeder are housed in a small body.
