■Complete L2 functions and security

The DGS-1250 series is equipped with L2 functions such as IGMP snooping, port mirroring, spanning tree, and loopback detection, as well as functions such as IP interfaces and static routes. In addition, Voice VLAN, IEEE802.1p priority queue, and bandwidth control enable optimal communication by appropriately limiting bandwidth for applications such as multimedia communications and VoIP. IEEE802.1X certification provides high-quality network security, and safeguard engine functionality and storm control protect the switch from flooding with anomalous traffic.

■Various management functions

In addition to the web GUI, settings and management can be performed using the CLI using the console port. Additionally, MIBs can be used to check product status information and send information such as traps for abnormal events to SNMP management devices.

■D-Link Green power saving compatible

In addition to power saving when the link partner is powered off or not communicating, the DGS-1250 series supports power saving functions such as LED off, port shutdown, system sleep, and EEE. Power saving reduces heat dissipation, extending product life and achieving high cost performance.
