About This Product

■High disaster prevention performance

Because it is a reinforced concrete frame structure with an integrated roof, pillars, and foundation, it has extremely strong resistance to natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, fires, and snowfall. Horizontal load during storms: 500kg/m3, snow load: Maximum snow depth 6m, main structure is made of non-combustible materials, roof waterproofing: Rubber-based waterproof paint makes it waterproof, allowing installation of rainwater gutters and lobby areas.
