■ Product overview

-T-Win-type robot vendor is a configuration in which a gearbox is attached to the tip of the 6-axis robot, and a small bent head is attached to the output axis. With this configuration, high -speed straight sending, high -speed 360 -degree hinti, high -speed escape operation. -The operation can be performed by entering a bending intersection coordinates (x, y, z), just like the conventional vendor. ・ Location data when loading and unloading with robot vendors is performed in the conventional cheaching box. ・ Pipe chucks are optional for both the advanced or intermediate method.

■ T-WIN type: Bending head movable type

Attach a bent head to the tip of the robot, and perform the operation of sending, lingering, and bending with straight pilot and arcs. Since the pipe is fixed and does not swing around, it can bend to high -speed accuracy with less shaking of the pipe. Conventionally, bending of complex shapes that can not be processed with vendors, stabilization and cost reduction that could not be imagined by conventional methods. In the conventional pipe vendor, if there is a hose block at both ends and between the ends of the pipe, it is necessary to bend the work in each part, and the man -hours in the post -process are combined after bending. There was a factor in which the processing accuracy became unstable. In order to solve such a problem, the robot vendor realizes the free movement of the bent head by combining the bent head to the tip of the robot, causing the pipe to assemble in the straight tube, and then bends. It has been possible to reduce man -hours and stabilize processing accuracy.
