■ Overview

■ Characteristics

-The model (Japan Special) specially designed for Japanese specifications (Japan Special) is automatically controlled by brush pressure in correspondence with various plate thickness and relief from 1.14mm to 7mm version. -The load due to excessive brush pressure can cause characters, lack of dots, and fine lines on the printing surface of delicate plates. ・ Equipped with a solvent circular filter system and temperature adjustment system, a stable continuous washing of the plate is realized. ・ The plate after the exposure is sent to the washed part of the device in the included transport bar. -The washing portion, which is composed of brush rollers arranged alternately with eight newly designed brush bars, has realized quick and reliable washing. ・ After washing out, both sides of the plate are automatically rinseed with a fresh solvent and a wiping brush. In the exit table, the back of the resin version is wiped so that the solvent does not adhere to the worker. ・ The temperature of the solvent is kept constant and high -quality resin plates are possible. ・ Automatically measure the resin confusion rate of the washing solvent and automatically replenish the required amount of new fluid. (Unlike conventional area replenishment, the activity of the solvent is kept constant) ・ Because the odor of the processed solvent is not easily leaked, it keeps the work environment minimal. ・ Washing brushes with different thicknesses are faithfully reproduced from half tone to line drawing. In addition, it has excellent restoration and durability and maintains its performance for a long time. ・ Easy to set up plate thickness, relief, and wash time (speed) by touch screen, you can create and save 21 different printed data.
