About This Product

■ Main use

This is a surface coating material for CFRP rolls used in manufacturing devices such as paper, cardboard, film, and non -woven fabric for printing for applications such as shafts, adapters, guide rolls, etc.

■ Characteristics

・ It has an antistatic effect. (Metal axis -CF surface conductivity 10 4-5 passed ω) ・ It is possible to cut grooves and have excellent surface coating. ・ RCC playback and repair are possible. ・ It has a high affinity with the carbon surface and has excellent adhesion. * Please use IPA for surface cleaning.

■ Characteristics

RCC coating has a high affinity with carbon, and can be used very stable without impairing carbon characteristics such as vibration suppression effects during high -speed rotation use.
