About This Product

■ Overview

Hicky Hunter is a specially swayed loller with a W structure and vibrator rola that is made by planting fine short fibers on the surface based on the blends of synthetic rubber and special rubber. It has excellent performance achieved by our own technology.

■ Features

・ It is effective in eliminating garbage and ghosts and improving quality. -The soft -haired inner layer on the surface layer does not damage the version with a W structure consisting of soft synthetic rubber. ・ The ink drop during color change and cleaning is excellent. ・ Please set it to the conventional rubber roller position (first Laura). There is a significant difference from the conventional product depending on the combination of the W structure and the special swing mechanism Laura. ・ The usage period is significantly increased from the conventional garbage removal roller. ・ The cost is reduced and the cost is reduced.

■ Setting

・ Set the contact pressure on the plate as 20 to 40%stronger than the conventional rubber roller. (For example, if the conventional rubber roller setting width is 5mm, set the hicky hunter from 6mm to 7mm.) ・ Please set it strongly to the gold roller. ・ Since the surface of the hicky hunter is a vessel, please measure the nip width as follows. ・ When starting, please drove with the ink enough. -If the garbage removal effect does not appear, increase the contact pressure on the plate aspect further. ・ Please note that even if the contact pressure on the plate surface is excessively strong, the garbage removal effect will not only have a limit, but will also damage the plate and roller itself. ・ The nip width for the Hicky Hunter's version should be 10mm.
