About This Product

■Purpose

"For thick branches": For pruning branches. For organizing cut branches.

■Applications

・This product is a pruning shears used for tree pruning work. ・For pruning thick branches. ・This product is a right-handed pruning shears. ・It is possible to cut branches up to approximately 30mm in diameter. Do not use on thicker branches. (Please note that the cutting tolerance varies depending on the tree type and season.)

■Precautions before use

・This product is anvil type. - The cutting blade is thin and double-edged to improve sharpness, and the receiving blade is made of plastic to prevent stress from being applied to the cutting edge. - Open and close so that the cutting blade fits into the groove of the receiving blade. ・Please do not use it to cut branches or roots that are attached to the soil. Doing so may cause equipment damage.

■How to use

・When cutting, please hold the branch between the edges of the blade. - When cutting thick branches, etc., hold the blade at an angle of about 45° to the wood fibers and cut slowly. It brings out the maximum potential of the knife.

■How to care

・After use, please remove moisture and dirt from the blades and branches with a cloth. - For stubborn stains, wipe with a cloth soaked in a neutral detergent and wrung out. (Thinner, benzine, etc. cannot be used.) ・After that, wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth such as detergent, and apply anti-rust oil or sewing machine oil to the entire blade. - Store in the included case in a well-ventilated place. (If you lose the case, please cover the blade with cloth etc.) ・It is possible to sharpen the cutting edge. ・Please check the attached instruction manual for other detailed information.

■Notes

・Do not use for cutting branches or roots that have soil attached. Doing so may damage the equipment or cause it to become sluggish. - Since the blade is made of steel, the blade may chip during use. - The cutting shears have sharp edges, so they are not suitable for cutting thick branches. - If you twist or pry the pruning shears while pinching a branch, the cutting edge may chip. - Never use it to cut metal.
