About This Product

■Features

- When a worker hooks a horizontal main rope used for high-altitude work, if a safety pulley is set and used, the safety pulley will compress the rope and prevent skidding in the event of a fall. ・This is a connecting pulley exclusively for the main rope used in the horizontal/lateral direction. ・Connect to the main rope attached within 10m and use for lateral movement. - Allows for smooth lateral movement when working at heights. ・Fiber rope working effective diameter: 14φ~16φmm

■Caution

・Please do not use it for vertical (vertical or diagonal work) as it is only for horizontal (horizontal) main ropes. ・Please use a 14mm Tetron cross main rope or a 16mm three-stroke main rope. - Also, never use a main line that is damaged or has been subjected to an impact. - If the main ropes are stretched at intervals of 10 m or more, or if the main ropes are close to the floor, there is a possibility that the worker will touch the ground if the worker falls, so please check how to use the horizontal main ropes and main rope supports before using them. ・Please install the tensioner, the main rope hook, and the carabiner in a location that is strong enough. - Only one worker can use one main rope. - When used by two or more people, if one person falls, other workers may also be pulled over. ・Please do not use it for any purpose other than the intended purpose. ・Do not modify the main unit. Original performance may be impaired. ・When attaching a hook, carabiner, etc., be sure to use one with a double lock.

■Starting inspection

The user should do this every time before starting work.

■Periodic inspection

Please do this once a month by the user or administrator.

■Inspection in case of abnormality

If you notice any abnormality during work, immediately stop work and re-inspect.

■Maintenance items

・Remove any attached clothing attached to the main body with a wire brush, cloth, etc. - Occasionally apply grease to moving parts (stoppers, slide plates, springs, etc.).

■Disposal items

・Things whose main body is severely crushed, deformed, or cracked. ・The main body is severely rusted and does not function properly.
