■Features

・Vinicon floats are the beginning and history of all plastic floats for fishing nets currently used. ・It is used in a wide range of applications, including for purse nets, fixed nets, and fenders. ・Vinicon is a vinyl chloride foam product. ・The inside of the plastic container has closed cells and does not leak, so it can be used in places where there is a lot of impact. - The flexible material absorbs shock, and even if the shape changes due to strong pressure from the outside, it will return to its almost perfect shape. - The rope hole is reinforced with unfoamed vinyl chloride resin (brown/orange), making it sturdy. (Some products do not have rope hole reinforcement.)

■T type

By suppressing the foaming of the main body compared to normal type floats, it is a high-density and sturdy product, making it suitable for use in environments that place a large burden on the float. Normal type products and T type products are distinguished by the color of the rope hole opening. (Normal type: brown/T type: orange) *It is lightweight and has high buoyancy performance due to the countless microscopic air bubbles that exist inside the main body. *All the bubbles are independent, so even if the surface is scratched, seawater will not penetrate into the body and maintain buoyancy. *Vinicon is a vinyl chloride foam product, so it is affected by high temperatures, petroleum solvents, etc.
